ILCA Coaching Weekend

Get ready for the ILCA Ulsters at EABC with pre regatta coaching with our local High performance sailor/ coaches.
ILCA 7 Development Sailor Tom Coulter and past ILCA 6 Academy sailor Zoe Whitford will take you through a weekend of skill development and getting race sharp for the 2025 season.
Both sailors sail from EABC so can advise on those pesky Larne Lough tides and winds in preparation for the Ulster Championships.
Start time 10am, finish 4.30pm.
