Insurance Declaration Form
An Insurance Declaration Form is required for each craft in the Club yard or taking part in any EABC water based activity. A form is required to be completed EACH year and should be returned to the yard manager at ym@eabc.club or deposited in the post box outside the bar door within the Club house.
